  1. What file format do you need for my design?We prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNG and JPEG files are also acceptable for DTG printing.
  2.  How long will it take to receive my order? Turnaround time is usually 7-10 business days from the date when the order was placed. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee.
  3.  Do you offer bulk discounts? Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us for a custom quote based on your specific needs.
  4. What are your payment terms? We require a 100% payment at the time of order placement. For larger orders, we may offer different terms upon request.
  5.  What is your return policy? Since custom orders are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product or a printing error on our part. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.

  10. How do I care for my custom-printed T-shirts? We recommend washing your T-shirts inside out with cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying to preserve the print quality.
